What is meant by rating of a fuse? Why should a fuse of proper rating be used ?
Ans :
 The rating of fuse indicates the maximum amount of electric current that can be passed to the circuit ,above that current it will burn out and the circuit gets open circuited.The fuse with appropriate current and voltage ratings must be used , otherwise excess current will flow in to the circuit and affect the devices connected to the circuit.
