an experiment to prove that soil contains air and make a note of it

Aim : to prove that soil contains air.
Materials required:
5 Small clear jars
Water
5 Soil samples from different kinds of soil.
Experiment: Fill the jars halfway full with  soil samples. One kind of soil into each jar.
Mark each jar with a name that will help you remember which soil you placed in which jar.
Fill the jars with water until they are almost full.
Observation:
You will see that bubbles starts rising to the top of the water. 
Inference: This proves that soil contains air  in it, because the bubbles which you see rising is the result of air trapped in it.
