Describe about Tyndall effect of milk?
A beam of light is visible in a colloid but not in a solution. Dispersed colloid particles are large enough to scatter light (Tyndall effect).Milk contains many tiny particles of protein and fat suspended in water. These particles scatter the light
and make the beam of the flashlight visible from the side or from above.
