Is ferns and nephrolepis are same?or they are under different categories ?

 It is a fern. Nephrolepis exaltata 'Boston Fern' - is commonly found in swamps and wetlands throughout the southern coast of the U. S. It is also called the Boston Fern. It is a large evergreen fern, growing to almost 4 feet in height. This fern features long erect fronds that are lance shaped with alternating leaflets. The leaves are about 3 feet long and 6 inches wide. It enjoys shade and does well indoors.
