Is there a easy method to find a square root of any digit number for a 8th std boy?

square root of a number ending with 25 can be calculated easily.
eg: square root of1225

square  root of 25 = 5
write 12 as a product of two adjacent numbers.
ie, 12 = 4 * 3
smallest number = 3
So square root of 1225 = 35.
