WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF MALE AFRICAN ELEPHANT?

Males weigh 5455 kg or 12,000 lbs, females weigh 3636 kg to 4545 kg or 8,000 to 11,000 lbs, males can weigh as much as 15,000 lbs or 6800 kg.
An African elephant weighs 15,400 pounds.

In some cases a African bull elephant weigh normally upto 17,600 lbs (8000 kg/8 metric tonnes) but top giants of this species of elephant is at 26,928 lbs (12,24 metric tonnes)

The largest African elephant weighed 13.5 tons (27,000 pounds) The world record holder weighed this much and stood 13ft/4m tall at the shoulder.
