What will be the pathway of digestion of a boiled egg?

All digestion is carried by digestive enzymes that are hydrolytic.  i.e. They chemically add water to larger molecules to break them down into smaller ones.  The basic units of albumin (the protein in eggs) are amino acids.

In the mouth there is no digestion of the albumin.  It the stomach it is churned and mixed with acid to expose more surface area and when it passes into the first loop of the small intestine pancreatic proteolytic enzymes begin the hydrolytic process.  The albumin is broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the capillaries in the small intestine.
