when a glass rod is rubbed against fur gets -ve charge because of gaining electrons from glass rod?why fur is considered -vely charged?
When glass rod is rubbed with fur,,some electrons are transferred from glass to fur,as a result the glass rod develops  a positive charge and fur develops an equal negative charge.
