Who invented the number zero?
The credit for this goes to Indian mathematicians and the number zero first appears in a book about ‘arithmetic’ written by an Indian mathematician ‘ Brahmagupta’. Zero signifies ‘nothing’ and the current definition calls it an ‘additive identity’.
