what is frequency and incident radiation

Ans :
The frequency is the number of waves that passes a fixed place in a  given amount of time.
For example ,the time taken for a wave to pass is is 1/2 second, then its frequency is 2 per second.It is measured in Hertz.

Incident radiation is one which hitting a specific surface. For example the incident radiation to a solar panel.The incident radiation  also possesses a particular frequency.
