what are the pecularities of mercury cell? write the names of rechargeable cell?

A mercury battery (also called mercuric oxide battery, or mercury cell) is a non-rechargeable electrochemical battery or a primary cell and they are used in hearing aids, and calculators, and in larger forms for other applications.

A rechargeable battery, storage battery, or accumulator is a type of electrical  battery . It comprises one or more electrochemical cells  and is a type of energy accumulator .. It is known as a secondary cell because its electrochemical reactions  are electrically reversible. Rechargeable batteries come in many different shapes and sizes, ranging from button cells to megawatt systems connected to stabilize an electrical distribution network. Several different combinations of chemicals are commonly used, including lead acid , nickel cadmium  (Ni Cd), nickel meta hydride (Ni MH), lithium ion .(Li-ion), and lithium ion polymer  (Li-ion polymer).

Some rechargeable cells are:

Vanadium redox battery  ,Zinc-bromine flow battery,Fuel cell ,Lead-acid battery, Lithium-titanate battery ,Molten salt battery  ,Nickel-cadmium battery
