why do we see droplets collected of water surface of a glass contaniers
This is due to condensation  of water vapor in the atmosphere.Condensation is a reverse process of vporization.In this process physical state of matter changes from gaseous form into liquid form.In the case given above the atmospheric water vaporwhich is in contact with the glass get cooled by condensation process and sticks to the surface of glass contains cold water.
