AS TEMPERATURE INCREASES , WHAT IS THE CHANGE CAUSED TO THE PRESSURE AND THE VOLUME?PLEASE EXPLAIN WITH REASONS. |
As temperature increases, the pressure decreases.Because when temperature increases the force between the particle decreases and the number of particle per unit area decrease and hence the force acting per unit area decreases . As temperature increases the volume of the substance also increase .Because with increase in temperature the inter molecular distance increase and space between the particle increase and this results in increase in volume. |
