WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRONZE AND ALLOY

An alloy is a mixture or metallic solid solution composed of two or more elements. An alloy will contain one or more of the three: a solid solution of the elements (a single phase); a mixture of metallic phases (two or more solutions); an inter metallic compound with no distinct boundary between the phases.

Bronze is an alloy consisting primarily of copper, usually with tin as the main additive. It is hard and tough, and it was so significant in antiquity that the Bronze Age was named after the metal.
