The normality of mixture obtained by mixing 100mL of 0.2M H2SO4 and 100mL 0.2M Na OH is:

Normality of the mixture (N) = (N1V1+N2V2)/(V1+V2)
Normality (N1) of H2SO4    =  molarity * basicity
                                           = 0.2 * 2 = 0.4N
N2                                      =0.2 * 1 = 0.2N
            V1 = 100mL    V2  = 200mL
                                N        = (0.4 * 100 + 0.2 * 200)/(100 + 200)
                                           = 80/300
                                           = 0.2670N
