EXPLAIN REFLEX ACTION
Reflex actions are some involuntary and quick responses of the body towards some sudden stimuli. It is controlled by spinal cord. It protects the body parts from being damaged due to external forces. Example: When the hand unknowingly touches a hot iron box, hand is taken back very quickly before the heat is felt.
