what is a divisibility rule?

divisibility rule is a shorthand way of determining whether a given number is divisible by a fixed divisor without performing the division.
for eg: 1. A number is divisible by 2 if its last digit(unit) is divisible by 2
          2. A number is divisible by 3 if sum of all the digits is divisible by 3
for instance:105 is divisible by 3 since sum of the digits(1+0+5=6), 6 is by divisible by 3
