Who found trigonometry?

The first recorded use was indeed by Hipparchus in 150BC, but he was a mathematician. However trigonometry dates back some 4/5 thousand years, used by ancient Egyptians, on the Indian subcontinent and the far east China, Cambodia etc.
It is Widely thought that its function was first used in astronomy. It is in fact an offshoot of geometry, and most certainly geometry pre-dates the use of trigonometry by quite a few years.
