Find the value of p if p(x)=x^4+px^3+2x^2-3x+q if it is divisible by x^2-1

Let p(x) =x4+px3+2x2-3x+q
Since x2-1 = (x+1)(x-1) is a factor of p(x),
p(-1)=0 and p(1)=0
solving these two equations we get the values of p and q.
