what is bernoulli's principle?

It's about conservation of energy. It's the fluid version of conserving kinetic and potential energy - KE & PE.The principle states that an increase of velocity of a fluid will cause a pressure drop. The KE is proportional to the square of the velocity (v^2), while the PE is directly proportional to the pressure.PE + KE is constant.
