How did Robert Clive,Warren Hastings,Lord Wellesly and Lord Dalhousie died in which years? |
Robert Clive's health was declining and he soon had mental problems. He always wanted excitement and when he felt there were no more exciting challenges ahead, he became bored. In 1774, at his house in London, Clive cut his own throat with a penknife!. The great British hero was dead, at the age of 49. Warren Hastings died on 22nd August in 1818 at the age of eighty six and was buried behind the chancel of the Parish Church. Lord Dalhousie fell ill and died in 1860 at Dalhousie Castle in Scotland. Wellesley died on 26 September 1842. |
