An artificial satellite is moving in a circular orbit of radius 36000 kms. If it takes 24 hrs to compleate one orbit arond Earth, then find its speed.
speed = distance/time.
radius of circular orbit = 36000km.
so, distance travelled = circumference 
= 2*3.14*36000.
time = 24hrs.
ie, speed = (2*3.14*36000)/24
= 9420 km/hr.
