15) A 60W eletric lamp gives off energy in the form of light at the rate of 7.5J/sec .What perentage of energy does the lamp transform into light energy ?
power= 60W
energy= 7.5J/sec
 = 7.5W
so from the total 60W , 7.5W is transformed to light.
percentage of energy tranferred = (7.5/60) * 100
= 12.5 percent
