| When light fall on certain surfaces, it rebounds . This is called reflection of light.The smooth surfaces capable of reflecting light is called a mirror. A beam of light passing from one transparent medium to another obliquely undergoes an abrupt change in direction. This bending of light ray at the surface of separation of two media is called refraction. |
