when does electricity jump from one point to another.
The transfer of electric charges between objects is called jumping of electricity.This is possible because each charge make an electric field around itself. If a positive charge is put at that point, it will be pushed in that direction. If a negative charge is put at that point, it will be pushed in the exact opposite direction.
