A body moving with uniform acceleration covers 24m in fourth second and 36m in sixth second.Calculate its acceleration and inital velocity?

S4=u+(1/2)a(2n-1)=u+(1/2)a x7=u+7/2a=24………(1)

S6=u+(1/2)a x11=u+11/2a=36…….(2)

Solving (1)&(2) we get,

a=6.85m/s2  ,u=-11.57m/s
