Time is a phenomenon by which human beings observe and record changes in the environment and the universe.The knowledge of time and its measurement is very important.The standard unit(S.I.) unit of time is second(s).

When a body changes its position with respect to its surroundings,it is said to be in motion.

For example,when the position of a car changes continously with respect to stationary objects like houses and trees,etc.,we say that the car is moving or that the car is in motion.
