Does the radius of gyration depends upon the speed of the rotation of the flywheel?

radius of gyration,k=I/sqrt(M) where I is the mass moment of inertia of flywheel and M is the mass.
For slow speed engine, the flywheel required is larger in size because of high value of I required. Thus k will be higher. For high speed engines,I is lower and k will be lower.
