A body of volume 50cm3 is completely immersed in water. What is the buoyant force on the body?

buoyant force=volume of body*density of liquid*acceleration due to gravity
volume=50cm^3= 5*10^-5m^3
density of water=1000kg/m^3
g=9.8m/s^2
buoyant force = 5*(10^-5)*1000*9.8
      = 0.49N
    = 0.5N
