b) Physical and chemical changes:
       A physical change is a change of matter from one phase to another phase without change in the chemical composition. Eg: Melting of ice
      A chemical change is a change of matter from one phase to another accompanied by changing their chemical composition. Eg: Burning of wood.


a) Reversible changes:
        Reversible changes are physical changes which include changes in physical properties of a substance by melting, boiling, condensing, freezing, and evaporating.
       Irreversible changes are chemical changes resulting in new materials with a different chemical composition.
