Coir Blankets"
        Erosion Control Blankets / Coir Mat Blankets are made with 100% coconut fibre with photodegradable or biodegradable top and bottom grids stitched up together as per the given diagram.
         The thickness of the coir blanket changes according to the specified applications. Top and bottom PP net layers hold the coir fiber with the help of stitched yarn.
          Erosion Control Blankets/ Coir Mat is used to prevent the seeds and prevent the soil losses until vegetation is firmly established. Coir mat can be pre-seeded with selected seeds depending on the location. This helps to reduce the run off velocity and moderate moisture and the temperature.
             

Geotextiles (Woven Coir Geo-Mat)
         Geotextiles can be woven using both automated machines & hand operated machines, Geotextiles that are made by machines use only machine spun twine, but hand operated machines can handle both machine spun twine & hand made yarn. Coir mats could be either rolled up or baled depending on the requirement.
         
Coir Pots (Biodegradable)
         Coir pots are made out of coconut coir fiber bounded together by natural latex and molded to a attractive shape. The coir material allows air and water to move through the pot while containing soil, so the plants don’t have to be pulled from the pot at planting time. Plants grown in coir in the greenhouse have better root structures than those in plastic pots.
