Format of letter
1.Your name and address under the head 'From'
2.The name and address of the person / firm you are writing to under the head 'To'
3.Salutation
Examples:Respected sir,Dear friend,Gentlemen,Madam
4.Body of the letter
5.Closing
Yours faithfully,With regards ,Yours lovingly etc
Date can be entered on top right hand corner in formal letters and below the closing in informal letters
Format of Notice
A good and effective notice must include the following contents
1. Name of the organisation or institution issuing the notice
2.Date of issuing the notice.
3.The heading 'Notice'.
4.Suitable description or attractive caption.
5.Purpose for which it is issued
6.details regarding time,venue,programme,duration and the names of dignitaries attending etc
Main sections of the standard report writing format:

2. Summary - It is a summary of the major points, conclusions, and recommendations.
3.Introduction - The first page of the report needs to have an introduction.
4.Body - This is the main section of the report.
5.Conclusion
6.Recommendations
7.Appendices - It has all the technical details that support your conclusions.
