Distinguish between haploid and diploid cells? |
The body contains two types of cells - haploid cells and diploid cells. Diploid cells are different from haploid cells. The main difference between diploid and haploid cells is the number of chromosomes in each. A diploid has two complete sets of chromosomes. A haploid only has one complete set. An example of a diploid cell could be a skin cell or just about any other cell in your body. Gametes are haploid |
