what are the significans of mitosis and mieosis?
Mitosis and Meiosis are both a reproduction of cells. Mitosis happens when somatic cells divide into two daughter cells. Each daughter cell has an equal chromoses as the Mother cell. Meiosis is a type of cell division where germ cells (eggs and sperm) are produced, but the chromosome number is divided into half.
