do isobars belong to the same element? justify your answer with one example.

Isobars are same in mass number but different in atomic number. It is contrast to Isotopes, Which is same in atomic number and different in mass number.

Ex of Isotopes:
   Three isotopes of Hydrogen; Protium 1H1 , Deutrium 1H2 & Tritium 1H3
Ex of Isobars:
    40S40Cl40Ar40K, and 40Ca, they  have same mass no. but different atoms and diff. atomic number.
