As the genes are carried by the X-chromosome to the progeny,does the female child inherits most of the characters of her father than the male child?Please Explain.
Not necessarily, the female child inherits most of the characters of her father.She can also get the characters from her mother as she is carrying one X chromosome from the mother too.
