The basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled, often held to include the right to life and liberty, freedom of thought and expression, and equality before the law.
The natiion of rights is as old as human civilization. Humans could have expressed longing for freedom and claim of equal rights for natural resources from the very beginning of social life. In situations of denial of such freedom and claims,struggles might have taken place.
