What is quantum mechanics?
Quantum mechanics or quantum physics is a branch of physics that studies physical phenomena at the level of atoms and sub atomic particles. It is mainly concerned about energy and particles and the prediction of how such interact. The energy units that are being studied are referred to as quanta, hence the name - quantum mechanics or quantum physics.
