Give an example of an object whose potential energy and kinetic energy are same. |
In all physical processes taking place in closed systems, the amount of change in kinetic energy is equal to the amount of change in potential energy. If the kinetic energy increases, the potential energy decreases, and vice-versa. eg:- Take a roller coaster - as the cart rides the rail it has kinetic energy. As it is moving it reaches the top so then it has both potential energy and kinetic energy. |
