1.Cases moves from the lower court to a higher court because of the following reasons:

a. To give a fair trial and opportunity to a person to defend himself.

b. If the person feels that decision of the lower court is not just , he can appeal to  a higher court.

2.In India, we have an independent and integrated judicial system. Unlike other federations, India has a single and unified judicial system for the entire country. There are High Courts at the State level and further below are subordinate courts.

The powers and function of courts are written in our constitution, So court cannot act on its own

3.The judicial system of India is stratified into various levels.
At the apex is the Supreme court, which is followed by High court at the state level District court at the district level, and Lok Adalats at the Village and Panchayath level.
The judiciary system can also be called the appellate system. This means that a person can appeal higher court if they believe that the judgment passed by the lower court is not enough or partial. The judiciary is independent from other branches. So our judiciary make sure that all laws apply equally to all citizens of the country and no one can above the law.As these generations have the power of corruption which can be take over by any man but not by judge if the justice will not be impartial than crimes will at his best level.

4.Unsystematic economic development leads to unequal opportunity to earn. This means that the poverty gap will be huge and will continue to grow. This will give rise to inflation and the country's economy will suffer. This will create the more unequal the distribution of wealth in an economy, the greater the income disparity

5.Every Nations top priority is to improve the education field. Although we make five year plan and give emphasis on different sectors. For example in first five year plan we made emphasis on agriculture, in second five year plan we gave emphasis on industrial sector. |At the same time the authorities give proper importance for the improvement of education field.. It is important to give priority to education sector as:
