'POVERTY MUST BE SEEN IN POOR'.GIVE REASON.
Poverty is very much visible phenomenon. If a person lack certain basic amenities in terms of food, shelter, clothing etc. he can be called as poor. by looking itself we can say whether a person belong to poor or non-poor. Therefore, we can say that poverty must be seen in poor.
