why BF3 is triangular and NF3 is pyramidal EXPLAIN

In NF3, N atom involves sp3 hybridization and one position is occupied
by a lone pair. Therefore the molecule is trigonal pyramidal. But in
BF3, B involves sp2 hybridization having trigonal planar geometry.
Thus NF3 is trigonal pyramidal while BF3 is trigonal planar, even
though both are tetra atomic molecules.
