Why population is a dynamic phenomenon?

There are a number of factors which influencing the distribution of population on the earth's surface. The factors include comfort climate, good rainfall, leveled topography. good education felicities, Urbanization, Industrialization etc.. These factors are not uniformly distributed through the world. so those responsible for population dynamic.
