Give example of each for thermal decomposition and photo decomposition reaction. Write a relevant balanced chemical equation also.
(1)Thermal decomposition reaction
Decomposition of calcium carbonate: Calcium carbonate (lime stone) decomposes in to calcium oxide (quick lime) and carbon-dioxide when heated.


(2) Photo decomposition reaction
Decomposition of hydrogen peroxide : In the presence of light, hydrogen peroxide decomposes into water and oxygen.
