Can we create free electricity by connecting a car dynamo to a motor that uses very less electricity.and then supply the motor the electricity that the dynamo produces
No.
Electricity can be produced by connecting a motor to dynamo (not dynamo to a motor) then produced electrical energy can be supplied to a motor, that will rotate.
