Write 3 differences between asexual and sexual reproduction?

Asexualreproduction:
1. It occurs in lower invertebrates and lower chordates and plants with simple organisations.
2. It is always uni-parental.
3. Gametes are not formed.
4. No fertilization.
5. It involves only mitosis.

Sexual reproduction:
1. It occurs almost in all types of animals and mostly in higher plants.
2. It is usually bi-parental.
3. Gametes are always formed.
4. Fertilization takes place.
5. It involves both meiosis and mitosis.
