What is the full form of MATHS?

The word "mathematics" comes from the Greek ?????? (máth?ma), which means in ancient Greek what one learns, what one gets to know, hence also study and science, and in modern Greek just lesson.

Today it is often shortened to maths or, in English-speaking North America, math.

To North American speakers of English, the word to use is “math”, as in “I majored in math”, and “maths” would sound wrong. Speakers of British English, however, would always say “maths”, as in “I took a degree in maths”. They would never say “math”.

The word “mathematics” can be considered as a singular and as a plural noun.
