1.What is the chemical equation of glucose?

Chemical formula for glucose is C6H12O6   .Glucose is the most common monosaccharide .It is known as dextrose because it occurs in nature principally as the optically active dextro rotatory isomer .Glucose is found in most sweet fruits ,especially grapes(20 -30 %) and honey .It is an essential constituent of human blood .
