Artificial color is added to soft drinks for getting more colour and attraction .Tartrazine (gives yellow colour ),erithrocyn(gives red colour )  ,amaranth (gives red colour),indigo carmine (gives blue colour  ) are some of the artificial colours used in soft drinks .
