how long can we preserve tender coconut water and sugar solution?

Coconut water serves a suspension for the endosperm of the coconut during its nuclear phase of development. Later, the endosperm matures and deposits onto the coconut rind during the cellular phase.[5] Coconut water contains sugar, dietary fiber, proteins, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and provides an isotonic electrolyte balance.[citation needed] It is consumed as a refreshing drink throughout the humid tropics, and is gaining popularity as a sports drink. But can preserve not so long but can used as coconut milk which is s obtained primarily by extracting juice by pressing the grated coconut's white kernel or by passing hot water or milk through grated coconut, which extracts the oil and aromatic compounds. It has a fat content around 17%. The micro organisms feed sugar in the coconut water and bearks down fats present in the water resulting a smell of sulphur . but in the case of sugar solutions. the sugar containing in the solution may provide an indirect form of preservation by serving to accelerate accumulation of antimicrobial compounds from the growth of certain other organisms.
